A special note to Group Secretaries (including
Alanon Secretaries) or their designees:
We would like to ask that you use the form provided below to enter all of the pertinent information about your Group meetings, even if your listing in the Directory is completely satisfactory, so we can confirm our meeting data base and expand it to include additional information we have not had in the past, including:
- The Name of your Meeting, e.g., The Happy Hour Group, etc.
- The complete mailing address of the facility where your meeting is held so we can provide MAP links on our website.
- The name, phone number and email address of the Secretary of each group, or the email address of Secretary's designee if the Secretary does not have access to email.
A special form has been provided which we hope will make this an easy undertaking. This is a one-time undertaking. Once completed, we can then use the Group Change Form in the menu for routine changes. There is no rush; we will leave this message and form up for a few months until everyone has had a chance to respond.
