Welcome to Alcoholics Anonymous in Richland,
Ashland and Crawford Counties,
Ohio
For
us, these two men changed everything.
Bill Wilson and
Dr. Bob Smith met in Akron, Ohio in 1935 and began
a program of recovery called Alcoholics Anonymous.
Following their example, millions of men and women
have found a way out of alcoholism. Millions of
families have found relief from this disease.
Recovering people are all around us. We are
business people, teachers, housewives, students,
doctors, lawyers, and government employees. We work
in your shops and offices, and we attend your
churches. We are your neighbors.
We are also your friends.
If you or a family member are struggling with
problems related to alcohol, please contact us. We
are here to help, and we will be glad to share our
experience, strength and hope with you.
